I have been the magazine's editor since 2014 and in 2016 I took over its design and typesetting, introducing a new visual style and improving the magazine's accessibility. Each issue has one or two themes which have included women and architecture, climate change and the built environment, and education and storytelling.

Every issue involves working with the AHSS's publications committee to identify potential authors, liaising with writers, editing and proofreading content, sourcing images and securing reproduction licenses, researching events and news stories, and working with volunteers who provide additional research, copy and proofreading. I then design and typeset the magazine and liaise with the printer and distributor ahead of the mailouts.
